Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glamour Girl Photography, all photographic commissions are undertaken only with the prior knowledge and understanding that copyright is retained by Kym Harper / Glamour Girl Photography and as such any copying, duplication or alteration of all or any images by any means is strictly prohibited and in breach of copyright under Australian and International Law.

The option is available to purchase all shots taken on CDROM or DVD allowing clients unlimited use of all images.
